Payment by invoice
Under our terms and conditions, we offer payment by invoice subject to a prior credit check. If the result is negative, this payment method is not available. Your invoice states the payment deadline.
Returns and warranty
We voluntarily extend the period for declaring withdrawal to 30 days. See the withdrawal policy for conditions, exceptions and deadlines for returns and refunds.
The manufacturer's warranty lasts two years from the purchase date and is extended by one year through device registration. Details are on the warranty page. For questions about your order, contact us.
The Smono 4 offers adjustable airflow and temperature selection between 160 and 220 °C. The display and vibration signal help you keep track of your session.
Control airflow and temperature
Use the slider to change draw resistance. Set the temperature and session timer to suit your use. The display shows your settings in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
Feedback in everyday use
The device vibrates when it is ready. The air path is completely separate from the electronics. Automatic shut-off, overheat protection and overcharge protection complement its operation.
Charging via USB-C
The built-in 3000 mAh battery charges via USB-C. Actual runtime depends on temperature, session length and usage habits. You can find model-specific maintenance parts in the accessories section.
2 + 1 year warranty
You receive a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Registering your device adds another year. You can find the scope and conditions on our warranty page. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
