Payment by invoice
Under our terms and conditions, we offer payment by invoice subject to a prior credit check. If the result is negative, this payment method is not available. Your invoice states the payment deadline.
Returns and warranty
We voluntarily extend the period for declaring withdrawal to 30 days. See the withdrawal policy for conditions, exceptions and deadlines for returns and refunds.
The manufacturer's warranty lasts two years from the purchase date and is extended by one year through device registration. Details are on the warranty page. For questions about your order, contact us.
The Smono 4 Pro combines a ceramic chamber with a retractable glass mouthpiece. The OLED display and precise temperature selection suit you if you want to check your settings directly on the device.
Temperature at a glance
Use the controls to set the temperature between 160 and 221 °C. The OLED display shows the key session information. Heat-up takes approximately 30 seconds.
Chamber and mouthpiece
The Smono 4 Pro features a ceramic chamber and a glass mouthpiece. The mouthpiece retracts. When buying accessories, look for those for the 4 Pro: Smono 4 parts are not automatically compatible.
Built-in battery
The 3000 mAh battery powers the device on the go. Temperature and session length affect runtime. Automatic shut-off ends use after the set time.
2 + 1 year warranty
You receive a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Registering your device adds another year. You can find the scope and conditions on our warranty page. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
