Payment by invoice
Under our terms and conditions, we offer payment by invoice subject to a prior credit check. If the result is negative, this payment method is not available. Your invoice states the payment deadline.
Returns and warranty
We voluntarily extend the period for declaring withdrawal to 30 days. See the withdrawal policy for conditions, exceptions and deadlines for returns and refunds.
The manufacturer's warranty lasts two years from the purchase date and is extended by one year through device registration. Details are on the warranty page. For questions about your order, contact us.
The Smono Balu gives you control over temperature and draw resistance. Its removable battery is practical if you want to carry a charged spare cell instead of relying on a power socket while out and about.
Airflow to suit your preference
Use the airflow control to adjust draw resistance. You can select a temperature between 100 and 240 °C. The device remembers the last temperature setting used.
Operation with display and vibration
The OLED display shows your settings and can be rotated by 180°. A vibration signals that the device is ready. You can choose a session of four, six or ten minutes.
Battery and mouthpiece
The removable battery can be replaced; charging is via USB-C. The zirconium mouthpiece is held magnetically and can be removed for care. Compatible capsules and spare parts are available separately.
2 + 1 year warranty
You receive a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Registering your device adds another year. You can find the scope and conditions on our warranty page. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
